Craft project completed!

I made a quilt for my friend who loves Halloween. Costs spiralled and I've spent much more money than anticipated on materials so it's gone from being a late birthday present (her birthday is in July and I told her she couldn't have a gift until October) to a birthday and christmas present combined.  I just hope she likes it!

It's my first proper quilt. I couldn't decide which way up to do it so I plumped for landscape although now I wish I had orientated everything portrait! Pictures under the cut which you can click on for larger.  The plain panels which look like they have a black line across actually have a ribbon which is little witches on broomsticks, super cute.
